  • Let Them Eat Cake is a small, independently owned artisan bakery located in Bellingham, WA (90 miles north of Seattle, 60 miles south of Vancouver, BC).
  • With nearly three decades of experience, owner and cake designer Andra (“Andy”) Millage specializes in three-dimensional cake sculptures and wedding cakes.
  • Everything is made “from scratch”, using only pure butter and real extracts.
  • Andy prides herself on the high quality of all aspects of her creations—flavor, workmanship and uniqueness of design.
  • Andy currently serves on the Culinary Advisory Board and as an adjunct pastry instructor at Bellingham Technical College; she also has taught classes at Whatcom Community College.
  • Andy’s cakes have appeared in several bridal publications including Seattle Bride and Seattle Metropolitan Bride and Groom.
